Great product! Using it after a month, I feel like I don’t need a surgery anymore. Adjustable and easy to use. Highly recommend if you use high heels regularly.

I have used a similar device in an attempt to get some bunion pain relief, but find this one to have a superior design for achieving that end. Both devices strap to the forefoot and big toe, and have a cushioned pivot that bears against the joint with the bunion. There is an adjustment knob that works to move the big toe away from the second one, creating a gap between the toes. The difference is that this one actually moves the pivot inward, which forces the big toe to open up a gap away from the second toe. The other device uses a wire connected to strap on the big toe and attempts to pull it away when turning the adjustment knob. It is harder to turn and not as effective in creating the corrective space between toes. That is why I tout what I consider to be a better-designed product.

It's easy to put on but cannot be while wearing footwear (perhaps with very loose slippers but nothing tight).
